Deep house combo 'Croatia Squad' present their newest baby on Enormous Deep: 'Soul Desire' is one of the hottest EPs we've heard recently. Two tracks full of energy, fresh base lines and pumping beats.
The title track 'Soul Desire' kicks on 118 BPM, pounding a disco like deep house beat that captures right after first few bars. Driven by moogy base lines, that just support the flow of the song. Some catchy vocals are going on in the breakdown section and lead it back perfectly into an euphoric drop. It's all about soul, about desires. The greatest gift of all if you're into original and true vibed deep house music.
Second track on the EP, 'Libertad', will take you on a little faster but even deeper journey. Sorted percussion loops build up constantly and end up in a more atmospheric section, surrounded by dark filtered arpeggios and sweeping melody shots.

Of course the latest EP by Croatia Squad is great warm up material or night bar music perfect for the people to have a nice discussion while their nodding their heads along with the addictive rhythm. Soul Desire is an amazing soulful composition with great old school vibes, superb vocal samples that take you back in time and delicious melodies with a jazzy touch to them. Its one of those tracks that will inspire the clubbers and can break the ice and create the warm welcoming atmosphere on the dancefloor. Libertad is a great relaxing deep progressive house beauty that is more electronic with synthesizer melodies and with balearic house feel to it cause while you hear it your will get mental images of deep blue sea and gold sands. Quality from start to finish. Love it!
