Dimitri: Can you mention your biggest achievements in your music career in 2015?
Maria Healy: There was lots of highlights in 2015 but two that really stand out (and it all happened in one week)! I got booked to play for Connect / Universal Nation in Privilege, Ibiza. This was a massive moment for me stepping onto the stage. I have been going to Ibiza since 2007 and it felt so surreal! It was amazing also to be featured on the same line up as Paul Oakenfold. Another which happened that week was flying from Ibiza to Germany to play at the Nature One festival. I had such a blast! Everything about that week was unreal!!
Dimitri: Do you like to cook? What is the best recipe that you cooked this year? If you don’t usually cook who is cooking it for you and which is your best food for 2015?
Maria Healy: Oh I love to cook, I am more of a fit foodie, I usually prep my meals for my week ahead as I also work full time. Something that I can't stop eating is Salmon Darns with Asparagus and mushrooms. I also have been eating a lot of prawns! This is really strange for me as anyone who knows me, knows that I used to have a serious phobia of fish! Now - well I can't get enough of them! (I have yet to try sushi etc, baby steps ;-))

Maria Healy: I have 2 new originals , my debut vocal original and lots of exciting projects in the pipe line. My management are also sorting some exciting new destinations for me to play in 2016! Stay tuned!
