Dimitri Kechagias review: Sean Tyas is one of the most inspirational producers who started with big uplifting trance anthems and now he moves towards a more progressive influenced sound. NYPD is a powerful BIG ROOM club cracker that is so uplifting and exciting that wide variety of djs from different styles will take advantage of its supernatural powers to move stadium size audiences. The original mix is banging to the core with epic prog house influenced beats and top notch basslines along with cool feel good melodic layers on top. Of course the track includes old school MC style vocal samples as well that work really well to add more dynamism and get the audience dancing hard. The first breakdown includes large guitar riffs to calm down the clubbers before the MC returns to scream and shout that we don't have to be lazy and bored on the dancefloor. We should work our bodies hard in order to enjoy the superb cracking beats. There is a 2nd larger breakdown to raise hands, clap and cheer the dj. Of course the demanding nu rave style beats kicks back for the ultimate euphoric dancefloor moment. If you want a totally different approach there is the Weirdo mix.
