REVIEW: Prok & Fitch - Symphony(Original mix) out on Stealth records

1-Original mix

Ben and James have been hard at work in the studio in 2012, with a series of both original productions as well as remixes. Their newest release ‘Symphony’ brings them back to Stealth, and what a masterpiece it is!

Pure House goodness from the Brighton boys here: a head-nodding beat, epic strings, big builds & drops, and just enough of a vocal to sing along to. The build-up includes melodic elements that will have the crowd waiting in anticipation of what’s next. When the track finally drops, a dope and groovy sound takes over that’ll surely have everyone dancing.

Already support on this one from Chus & Ceballos, Rene Amesz, Roger Sanchez, Sebastien Drums, Adam K, Carl Kennedy, Jesse Voorn, Filthy Rich & more!

We wrote the track around the two vocal hooks that a good friend recorded for us. The Idea was to still do something with groove, just more peak time with some harder synth sounds. After playing the track out a few times we felt it needed an extra hook in the main break, Stealth agreed so we decided to get a simple vocal sung for the break, also making the track quite accessible.” – Prok & Fitch

Dimitri Kechagias review: Roger Sanchez's superb imprint Stealth records  once again reveals another sure winner. The superb duo Prok & Fitch deliver the stunning tribal house groover Symphony perfect for any modern house set. Superb percussion with uplifting drums, old school style house samples and great disco influenced synthy riff in the breakdown. What is more the addition of the cool vocal sample adds character, makes the track perfect for sing a long diva's on the dancefloor and give it a nice overall feel. Its real house music baby! Like it!
