REVIEW: David Gravell - Supernova out on Mainstage Music / Armada Music

David Gravell is back once again with a scorcher on W&W’s Mainstage Music.

‘Supernova’ starts off sweet but closes with a brutal finish.

Dimitri Kechagias review: David Gravell should be one of the most versatile producers with his latest track Supernova on W&W's  Mainstage Music imprint appearing on the radio shows of Armin van Buuren and Hardwell. Supernova is Big room trance and at the same time is big room progressive house that will dominate the dancefloors in the coming weeks. Totally fresh, exciting and with new arrangement ideas David Gravell proves why he is one of the biggest hopes in the Dutch scene. Rough aggressive basslines, pumping pounding mindboggling grooves, and magnificent breakdown with dreamy sweety melody that take us back in time followed by huge euphoric synthy hooks that lead the track to its jumping hands in the air sequence. Next he does something totally fresh with stomping grooves and then he moves in his wild and furious drop that is packed with aggressive freaky basslines and energy that will be hard for your body to keep up with so much intensity. The second breakdown comes on the same fashion to relax for a while and then hands in the air sequence followed by powerful build up leading the track to its monstrous final drop with the synthy riff on top doing its job perfectly. We expect bigger things from this very talented dj & producer. Watch him fly higher in the coming months. Love IT
