Dimitri Kechagias review: Suncatcher is one of the finest uplifting trance producers who manage for many years now to deliver the same high quality productions without any compromise and always with uplifting euphoric themes that stay in your heart for long after hearing them once.  Losing Daylight was one of the first and most beloved anthems that Alter Ego brings back with a fantastic competition. The top label gives the chance to upcoming producers to recreate it and bring it up to date.  Winner  is  Christian Chatelle who really highlights with his version the strong points of the original and adds more atmosphere and melancholic piano lines as well. Hi-nrg synths and relentless build up of elements give the impression of movement on the dancefloor. Definitely a wise choice for a winner. Almar 2012 Remix is equally strong and involving with solid composition and stand out element the great bells like melody that performs the original theme. It has the power to boost you up and uplift your senses for a while. Andres Sanchez has a great reputation as an upcoming talent in the scene and he seems to be able to bring back the original vibes of that trance classic. With rougher basslines, tough beats and relentless progression lead us on his marvelous breakdown that a siren like pitched melodic riff comes to the surface to lead the proceeding towards the devastating climax. The package includes the beloved original mix as well. Love iT!
