ADE 2016: This was my ADE: Saturday 22nd October

The last day at the ADE Pro conference during Amsterdam Dance Event is dedicated to the next generation of producers. While the previous days have as main focus the industry with panels that can help them to work more efficient by taking full advantage of the new capabilities of the new digital era, ADE NEXT on Saturday is all about the new generation that comes to learn how to produce, how to send a demo, how to keep the legal matters organised and of course if they are interested to become DJs panels that show them how they can achieve their goals and aspirations. As always ADE NEXT finishes with the Demolition Panel and this year was one of the best with incredible well founded criticism of the demos handed in during the whole day. For me is one of the coolest moments of ADE NEXT and the winners Iklektrik manage to get the prizes and hopefully will start a bright career.

Here is an interview with the winners of the Demolition Panel, the upcoming Iklektrik

From the very rich and varied Saturday program I decided to attend the Pure Trance night with Solarstone and many guests that turned out to be one of the coolest trance events with excellent sets and fantastic crowd of full on trancers.

My Sunday at ADE is always very quite despite the face that many Playground events take place and many important night events. I prefer to cool down and walk around the city and enjoy how Amsterdam survived such a brilliant 5 days of electronic music joy. Overall ADE is a highly recommended event for anyone who wishes to learn, get latest information, make useful contacts and have great night out to superb underground and more mainstream oriented electronic dance music events. This is the place to be so better not accept any attitude.
