Favorite Child from Sweden and Berlin manage to create beats that propel one on the dance floor with their unique blend of classic songwriting and bittersweet, driven by radio songs.
Their debut single "Just Wanna Belong" is already traded on the net as upcoming Hit and combines epic melodies with melancholic lyrics that were sung by Swedish singer Erik Rapp, who already took in the past for Sweden in the Junior Euro Vision Song Contest.
The guys behind Favorite Child Alx Go (lives in Stockholm) and Kim W (based in Berlin) have in the past worked with artists like Tove Lo, Icona Pop and Eric Hassle. The duo is distinguished by its combination of their love for music, the craftsmanship they put to the day and a healthy degree of rebellion, so as not to sound monotonous and stand out from the crowd.
"We have almost a childish attitude when writing and producing songs and that is exactly what makes our style. As musicians, we not only want to do what others expect of us.
